Understanding the spray foam process is pretty straightforward. A truck is equipped with a spraying system. The system mixes a resin and active ingredient at high temperatures and at high pressure and is applied through a handheld nozzle. However, the actual application is not as simple. Therefore, our applicators are highly skilled, as a few degrees off in temperature, too much resin or too little, improper pressure, or any of these variables can result in a roof that doesn't look good, provide the proper insulation value, or isn't leak-proof.
